•Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is prohibited within the EXPANSIVE™ Office Center and Office Accommodations. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas outside of the EXPANSIVE™ building. • Weapons of any kind are prohibited within the EXPANSIVE™ Office Center and Office Accommodations, regardless of a concealed carry permit. • Animals are not permitted within the EXPANSIVE™ Office Center, except for CERTIFIED service dogs. Clients with CERTIFIED service dogs must purchase private office accommodations, provide proof of current vaccination, and are liable for any injury or damage to person or property caused by their service dog. • No alterations may be made to the Office Accommodations, without prior written approval from EXPANSIVE™. • Verbal abuse or other mistreatment of EXPANSIVE™ personnel and/or any EXPANSIVE™ client or invitee is prohibited and will not be tolerated. • Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and invitees while in the Office Center and Office Accommodations and are liable for any injury or damage to person or property caused by their guests. • Clients are not permitted to display marketing signage without EXPANSIVE’s™ prior written approval. • Clients are prohibited from using EXPANSIVE’S™ Lounge, Outdoor Space, and Kitchen for large meetings, events, parties unless approved, in advance and in writing, by the Community Manager. There will be a cost for reserving these areas. Unauthorized usage is a violation of the Service Agreement and Client agrees to pay all usage fees and penalties in arrears. • Clients are required to book and pay for all Conference Room and Day Office usage. Unauthorized access will be subject to usage fees. Clients are prohibited from accessing and using Suite and Private Office space that is not signed and paid for in their Service Agreement. Additonal paperwork may be needed -Alcohol beverages are permitted with a licensed bartender. Beer and Wine Okay. -Afterhours may have additional staffing fees (Regular hours are M-F 9am-5pm)
