1850sf spacious bungalow in Rosewood, a pedestrian friendly district of shops, restaurants and bars located in Central East Austin. The corner property is a blank canvas and a perfect place to host public or private events up to 100 people (inside and out). 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette. Catering available from michelin guide recognized Discada, a taco food truck located on the corner of the property.
