To ensure a clean and welcoming environment, we follow a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation process before every booking: Professional Cleaning Standards: Our space is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each booking, following CDC-recommended guidelines. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, remotes, etc.) are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaners. Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized. Waterfront & Outdoor Areas: The private dock and outdoor seating areas are regularly cleaned and checked for safety. Outdoor furniture is wiped down and sanitized between bookings. We ensure that any water equipment (if provided) is properly cleaned after each use. Restrooms & Kitchen: Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with fresh hand soap, paper towels, and disinfectants. Kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils are sanitized and ready for safe use. Linens & Soft Furnishings: All linens, towels, and cushion covers are washed with high-temperature water and gentle, hypoallergenic detergents. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in sealed, sanitized storage. Ventilation & Air Quality: Windows and doors are opened during the cleaning process to allow for fresh air circulation. Air filters are regularly replaced to maintain clean indoor air. Hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes are available on-site for your convenience. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
