About the Space
The studio is on the 4th floor (no elevator). One wall has three large north-facing windows. It’s one large room, with three white walls and a dark green wall. There’s also a rolling backdrop with a matte black side and a light cream side. The studio features a full size bed, small couch, armchair, several stools/chairs, two rugs, and a variety of artificial plants of all sizes. The space is great for portraits/headshots, boudoir, maternity photos, newborn and family photos, and couples photos.

Parking description
There are about 12-15 parking spaces in the front the building that are shared with all building tenants. There is also nearby street parking.

-no smoking
-pets are allowed in the studio but not on any furniture
-you must clean up if you make a mess or incur a cleaning fee
-no standing or climbing in the loft area

Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned on a weekly basis. Guests are asked to clean up after any messes they might make while using the space.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
