Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all guests. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking, following industry-standard protocols. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and appliances) are disinfected after every use. Floors and furniture are vacuumed, swept, and wiped down to maintain a pristine appearance. Fresh linens and towels are provided for each booking when applicable. Trash removal is handled after every rental, with proper waste disposal and recycling practices in place. Deep cleaning is scheduled regularly to ensure the space remains in top condition. We kindly ask guests to respect the space by cleaning up after themselves and returning furniture or decor to its original placement. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess, an extra fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
