To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review and adhere to the following house rules when booking our venue for your private event. Reservations & Payments Booking & Deposits – All private events require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior notice. Final Payment – Full payment must be made before the event begins. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Event Guidelines Capacity Limits – All events must adhere to the venue’s maximum occupancy limits. Overcrowding is strictly prohibited. Age Restrictions – All guests must be 21+ with valid ID, unless otherwise arranged for a special private event. Outside Food & Beverages – Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved. Catering and bar packages are available. Dress Code – A stylish dress code is enforced. No excessively baggy clothing, athletic wear, or inappropriate attire. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire. Smoking & Vaping – Smoking is not permitted indoors. A designated smoking area is available outside. Venue Décor & Setup Outside Décor – Decorations must be pre-approved by management. No confetti, glitter, open flames, or items that may cause damage. Tape, nails, or any materials that leave residue on walls or furniture are prohibited. Event Timing – All private events must start and end within the agreed-upon time frame. Overtime fees apply for exceeding the scheduled event time. Damage & Conduct Respect the Space – Any damage to furniture, aquariums, lighting, or equipment will result in a minimum $250 damage fee, charged to the event host. Security & Guest Conduct – Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, fighting, or harassment, will not be tolerated. Security reserves the right to remove guests as needed. Music & Entertainment – All DJs, live performances, and entertainment must be pre-approved. Sound levels must comply with venue policies.
