Our Cleaning Process We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained space for all our guests. Here’s what you can expect: Thorough Cleaning Between Bookings – We sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas before each reservation. Trash Removal – We provide trash bins throughout the space and dispose of waste after every event. Airflow & Ventilation – Our space is well-ventilated, and we keep air filters maintained for fresh circulation. Disinfecting Supplies Available – Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for guests to use as needed. We ask that guests respect the space by cleaning up after themselves, placing trash in designated bins, and leaving furniture as they found it. Let’s keep the space welcoming for everyone!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
