About the Space

Open for after work usage from from 6-10PM, we have a 20ft x 12ft open concept area. It offers high ceilings, two walls that can be utilized for art/gallery hanging, 2 industrial speakers w/ microphone, access to five 4ft tables, and 16 seats of various sizes and styles. Other amenities include guest access to Wifi, storage lockers, bathroom access, temperature control, and a separate breakout area with a couch and coffee table. The space is ground level, with an ADA accessible door and ramp. GREAT FOR: Art gallery opening Vendor market events Open mic nights Local music shows Release parties Drag shows Craft nights Group meetings Paint and sip classes Movie screening Artist/author talks We are located on the creative studio side of a fun, artistic retail store in downtown New Haven.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
