The Villa is a 1925 Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood Hills that has been tastefully updated. The garden is the perfect place for a daytime brunch, dinner parties or evening cocktail party. Please note that the pool is not for use. The garden offers three levels. The top level houses the pool with four lounge chairs, plenty of seating, and a bar. The middle level offers garden beds and a grassy area for tables, or lounges. The lower level has a dinning table for up to 10 guests, an outdoor fireplace, and a BBQ. All spaces, outdoor furniture, and decorations pictured on Peerspace are included. There is one Spanish-style outdoor bathroom. Our property is on a narrow street with tons of parking and an easy loading area. There is both a front and back entrance. Again, please note that the pool is not available for use during events.
