Horizon Studio: A Premier Production Space with Unmatched Views Perched 600 feet above Downtown Dallas on the 53rd floor of the iconic Bank of America Building, Horizon Studio offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Featuring a cutting-edge 24ft LED Wall, this modern production space is designed for high-end content creation, interviews, and professional video shoots. A Dynamic Studio in an Innovative Environment Located within MarketScale HQ—a hub of media innovation—Horizon Studio is part of a network of nine recording studios, the MarketScale Experience Center, and a UGC Content Creation Playground. While the studio is available for bookings, please note that MarketScale customers utilize our studios daily, and the HQ office spaces are not accessible to visitors. Equipment Rentals: Studio-grade lighting, cameras, and other production gear are available upon request for an additional fee. Availability & Booking Considerations Horizon Studio is unavailable on most major U.S. holidays. Please coordinate in advance for any special production needs or custom setups. Parking description

Convenient parking is available in the attached garage at 800 Main, as well as across the street and through valet services. Additional nearby parking lots are also accessible. If you'd like to arrange validated parking for your guests, please let our team know in advance—additional fees apply and will be discussed prior to booking.

Lighting description

Windows are floor to ceiling, lighting can be controlled using the blackout curtains that are attached to the windows. Brightest times are 3pm-7pm during sunset.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

In the studio you cannot hear our neighbors, but the studio is an open floor plan, so if someone walks by you might hear them, and we are in downtown, so sirens and horns can be heard from time to time. Recording with a lapel/lav microphone does the trip for 90% of the noise in the space, boom mics will pickup all noise audio.

Crew access

Elevator, Freight Elevator

Equipment loading description

To access our floor you will need to take the elevator, for large equipment that will require using the freight elevator. Using the freight elevator requires building approval, inquire for more details. Loading trucks have to be moved and cannot remain parked at the loading dock. No ramps are required to access our space for standard production equipment.

Staging area is available

We have a green room for changing, and use of another studio space can be made available for crew and talent.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Our studios are also part of our company HQ, access to the office side of the space and our conference rooms in restricted to employees only. Disruption of the office environment can result in cancellation of your booking and you could be asked to leave.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

General Rules

House Rules for Horizon Studio To ensure a smooth and professional experience, all guests are expected to follow these guidelines: No smoking anywhere in the building. Outside catering is allowed, but guests are responsible for cleanup. No inappropriate content or nudity—this is a professional production space. Guests must clean up after themselves. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Use of the loading dock requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to be on file with the building prior to access. No open flames of any kind are permitted. No fog machines—as we are in a high-rise, these are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Please respect the space and fellow creators. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking.

Ages 10+

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture cannot be removed from the building, but can be moved around in the space. Some wall decorations can moved, you will just need to ask your visit host for more information.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The building is equipped with a security team, surveillance cameras, and a badge access system to ensure a secure environment.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Horizon Studio is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including trash disposal and resetting furniture. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Regular deep cleaning is conducted to maintain a professional and hygienic environment.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
