Juniper Mountain House can hold up to 8 cars onsite during private buyouts and 3 cars for day rental.

General Rules: No smoking or vaping inside the space (including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and vapor pens). Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area. Outside catering is allowed, but must be pre-approved in advance. No BYOB – Outside alcohol is not permitted. We offer a curated selection of alcoholic beverages and bartending services for a fee. Please inquire about our bar packages. No excessive noise or amplified music after 10:30 PM to respect quiet hours. No pets unless pre-approved (dogs allowed in designated areas only). Use of Space: Guests must respect the non-exclusive nature of shared common areas. Other guests may be present. Furniture and décor may not be moved without prior approval. Clean-Up & Departure: Guests must leave the space in the same condition they found it. All trash must be placed in designated bins. Catering trash must be disposed of off-site. Any spills or damages should be reported immediately.
