About the Space
Space is currently set up as a premier vintage clothing shop and would work well as a launch location for new brands/products, especially those that are clothing related or adjacent. We have rack space for 1000+ hanging clothing items, shelving & tables for accessories, an amazing dressing room, and beautiful lighting. We have accommodated other clothing vendors seamlessly into out current set up several times. Good foot traffic in the neighborhood and W. Alabama is a thoroughfare between Midtown & Montrose that gets lots of people stopping by on their way to dinner/home.

Shop is cleaned daily by staff. Any extra cleaning required by or because of guests will be charged to guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
