Health and Safety Measures

We prioritize maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Versatile Open Canvas to ensure each guest walks into a pristine space. Before Your Event:     •    The space will be professionally cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival.     •    Floors, restrooms, and surfaces will be sanitized and ready for use.     •    Any furniture or rentals booked through us will be set up per your layout request. During Your Event:     •    Optional cleaning attendants can be booked to maintain restrooms, clear trash, and reset common areas during your event. After Your Event:     •    All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins by the client unless cleaning services are added.     •    The space must be left in the same condition it was received.     •    Deep cleaning of floors, restrooms, and surfaces will be handled by our cleaning crew (included in the cleaning fee).     •    Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees deducted from the security deposit.
