At The Ivy League Event Center, we prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Our cleaning process includes: Before Each Booking: ✅ Thorough cleaning and sanitization of high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, doorknobs, and restrooms. ✅ Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped to maintain a pristine space. ✅ Restrooms restocked with essential supplies (soap, paper towels, and toilet paper). ✅ Trash from previous events removed, with new liners placed in all receptacles. After Each Event: ✅ Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including disposing of trash in designated bins and removing personal belongings. ✅ Our team conducts a post-event cleaning to disinfect surfaces, sanitize restrooms, and reset the space for the next booking. Additional Cleaning Fees: ✔ A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking. ✔ Excessive messes, spills, or failure to follow cleanup guidelines may result in an additional cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
