About the Space
Garden House Cafe is a full service espresso bar cafe with 1,000 square feet of space. Boasting tons of natural light, our space is well suited for small events with space to accommodate up to 15 people. Host a baby shower, a work party, and much more with us. Our cafe is ready to serve you for your event if you wish, with full service espresso bar available as an add-on. Note: Our cafe is split up into two attached spaces, the main cafe area, and a back garage area (a total of 2,000 square feet and accommodation of 40 people). This listing is for the main cafe area. Reach out to us if you'd like to inquire about booking both spaces simultaneously.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Jordan at Garden House was so great to work with! We had our engagement party here and we got so many compliments on how cool of a space it was! Such a great space for a reasonable price. We had around 40 guests that fit comfortably while renting the front and back space! Highly recommend having your event here and getting a coffee or breakfast item here anytime!
