We take cleanliness and sanitation seriously to ensure every guest has a spotless and well-maintained space upon arrival. Our cleaning process includes: -Deep Cleaning After Every Event – The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset, including disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, tables, and equipment. -Sanitized Bar & Kitchen Area – The bar, sink, and food prep areas are wiped down and sanitized after each use. -Floor-to-Ceiling Cleaning – Floors are swept, mopped, and polished to maintain a pristine appearance. -Trash & Waste Removal – All trash is collected and disposed of properly, with fresh liners placed in every bin. -Restroom Cleaning & Stocking – If restrooms are part of the rental, they are cleaned and stocked with essentials before each booking. -Final Walkthrough & Inspection – Our team does a final check to ensure everything is in top condition before the next guest arrives. -We ask all guests to follow our leave-no-trace policy, which includes basic cleanup such as removing personal belongings and disposing of trash in designated bins. If additional cleaning services are needed, we’re happy to arrange them for an added fee. Our goal is to provide a clean, professional, and inviting space so you can focus on making your event a success.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
