We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. After each booking, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all sets, props, and common areas. This includes wiping down surfaces, disinfecting high-touch areas, and checking that all equipment is in working order. Guests are responsible for tidying up their specific areas, removing any trash, and returning props or furniture to their original positions. We ask that you treat the space with care to keep it looking fresh for everyone. If you need any additional cleaning supplies or assistance, just let us know!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
