**House Rules** ✅ **Respect the Space:** Please leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Any damage to equipment or furniture will be the guest's responsibility. 🚫 **No Smoking:** Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the studio. 🍽️ **Outside Catering Allowed:** Feel free to bring your own food and drinks, but please clean up afterward. 🍾 **No Alcohol Without Prior Approval:** Alcohol consumption is only allowed with prior consent for certain events. 🔊 **Respect Noise Levels:** Please keep music and noise at a reasonable level to be considerate of neighboring spaces. 🕒 **Booking Time Includes Setup & Cleanup:** Guests must account for setup and cleanup within their booked time. Overtime fees may apply. 📍 **Security Cameras in Common Areas:** For safety reasons, security cameras are installed in shared spaces. We want to ensure you have a **smooth and creative experience!** Let us know if you have any special requests before your booking.

Security cameras and recording devices

For security purposes, our space is equipped with security cameras in common areas. These cameras are located at the entrance and main studio area to ensure the safety of all guests. They remain on at all times but do not record private areas such as restrooms or dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

### **Our Cleaning Process** 🧼 **Thorough Cleaning & Sanitization:** The studio is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and furniture. 🌬 **Ventilation & Air Quality:** The space is well-ventilated, allowing fresh air circulation to maintain a comfortable environment for guests. 🧴 **Sanitization Supplies Available:** Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided for guests to use during their booking. 🛑 **Safety Guidelines:** Guests are encouraged to follow hygiene protocols and respect the cleanliness of the space. Cleanliness and safety are a priority to ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
