To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every event, our team follows a thorough cleaning protocol before and after each booking. Before the Event: ✅ Sanitization of High-Touch Areas – Doors, handles, tables, chairs, and restrooms are disinfected. ✅ Floor Cleaning – Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and polished as needed. ✅ Restroom Prep – Toilets, sinks, and mirrors are cleaned, and supplies are restocked. ✅ Trash Removal – All trash bins are emptied, and liners replaced. ✅ Room Setup Assistance – If requested, tables and chairs are arranged per event needs. After the Event: ✅ Trash Collection & Disposal – All waste is properly removed from the premises. ✅ Deep Cleaning of Floors – Vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning if necessary. ✅ Restroom Refresh – Full cleaning and sanitization of restroom facilities. ✅ Surface Wipe-Down – Tables, countertops, and shared spaces are wiped and disinfected. ✅ Final Inspection – A walkthrough is conducted to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next event. Client Responsibilities: Remove all personal belongings, decorations, and event-related items. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Return furniture and equipment to their original placement unless otherwise arranged. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
