Dance/Rehearsal Studio

Dimensions: 30ft x 16ft Area: 480 sq ft Capacity: 40 seated, 50 standing Studio 1 is our largest rehearsal space and can accommodate a number of space set ups. With a mirrored wall, semi-sprung floors and sound system, this space is particularly suitable for dance and musical theatre rehearsals and workshops. It can also be used for sharings, auditions, meetings and small conferences and private events, amongst others. When hiring a space from us, you will have access to our beautiful bar area, which makes a great break-out space or somewhere to sit and eat lunch or get some work done. Free wi-fi is available throughout the building. All spaces have an HVAC air system with adjustable heating and cooling, and tables, chairs and sofas can be provided free of charge. We also have a range of equipment available for hire for a small charge, including pianos, projector and screen, music stands and Sony cameras.
