About the Space
A versatile space that can be adapted for different types of events (birthday dinner, meetings, receptions, pop up shops, corporate events, baby showers, gender reveals, conferences, etc.) Space is wheelchair accessible. Price Includes tables, chairs, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. We also offer decor packages, catering options, treat tables at an additional cost.

General Rules
No smoking inside the building (this includes vape pens)
Outside catering is allowed however caterer must provide proof of a catering license
Guest not to exceed 60 people
Decoration may not include glitter, tinsel, confetti or any substance that includes a significant cleaning issue
No decoration on the walls
No tape on the walls
Bubbles are not allowed indoors
Space must be cleaned prior to end of event
Staff member will be on site for all events
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras that includes video and audio on the outside and inside of our facility that is recording at all times
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Prior to any event we wipe down surfaces with a disinfectant or sanitizer, focusing on high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and railings. Sweep the floor to remove debris. Mop with an appropriate cleaner to sanitize. Clean and disinfect all surfaces in restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and counters. Fill hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
