House Rules To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for all guests, we ask that event organizers and attendees follow these house rules: General Policies • Respect the Art – Artwork will not be removed for events. Any damage to artwork, bathrooms, or the building (interior or exterior) will be the client’s responsibility. Event insurance is highly recommended. • Occupancy Limits – The gallery can accommodate a maximum of 400 guests, but for events, the capacity is limited to 200 guests for comfort and safety. • Event Timing – All setup, event activities, and breakdown must be completed within the contracted rental period. • No Smoking – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Food & Beverage • Catering – There is no kitchen on-site. Caterers must bring all necessary equipment, tables, linens, extension cords, serving materials, and trash bags. • Alcohol Service – Alcohol is permitted with prior approval but cannot be sold. All alcoholic beverages must be served by TABC-certified bartenders and servers only. • Cleanup – All food, trash, and equipment must be removed from the gallery on the same day/night of the event. Decor & Setup • Limited Decorations – Decorations are allowed only on table tops, the front entrance, and designated areas inside the gallery. No decorations may be affixed to the walls or artwork. • No Open Flames – Candles, sparklers, or any open flames are not permitted inside the gallery. Entertainment & Sound • Approved Entertainment – DJs and live music are welcome, but sound levels must be maintained at a reasonable volume in consideration of surrounding businesses and residences. • Security Requirement – If the guest count exceeds 100 people, security personnel must be present at the event (separate expense). Additional Services & Fees • Valet Parking – For events with 100+ guests, Black Tie Valet is the preferred vendor (separate expense). • Deposit & Payment – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. • Event Cancellation – The gallery owner reserves the right to cancel an event at any time without refund if deemed necessary due to non-compliance with house rules, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients agree to abide by these house rules to maintain the integrity of the space and provide an enjoyable experience for all.
