We have free parking for up to 100 vehicles.

1)All bookings must include setup and cleanup time. Additional time may be subject to extra charges. 2)No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. 3)Outside catering is allowed, but all food and beverage service must be properly handled to prevent damage or excessive cleanup. 4)Alcohol is permitted but must comply with local laws and be served responsibly. BYOB is allowed, but a licensed bartender is required for large events. 5)No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property. 6)Music must remain at a reasonable volume, per local noise ordinances. Outdoor amplified music must end by 10 PM. Property Use & Care: 1)Decorations must be approved in advance and should not cause damage (e.g., no nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or furniture). 2)Open flames, fireworks, or sparklers are prohibited. 3)Guests must leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. 4)Furniture and décor may be rearranged with prior approval but must be returned to its original position before departure. 5)Event Capacity & Parking: 6)Maximum capacity must be adhered to as per your booking agreement. 7)Parking is available on-site, but carpooling is encouraged for larger events. No parking in unauthorized areas. Damages & Liability: 1)The renter is responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment during the event. 2)RusTx Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables secure. 3)All guests must comply with safety guidelines and property rules at all times. 4)Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the event without a refund.
