To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules: 1. **No Large Gatherings** – This space is designed for intimate settings only. Large parties, loud events, and high-foot-traffic gatherings are not permitted. 2. **Guest Limit** – The maximum number of guests allowed at any time is 6 ( you may contact me to discuss if more than 6 people is possible) 3. **Quiet Hours** – Please respect quiet hours from (10 PM - 7 AM) to maintain a peaceful environment. 4. **No Unauthorized Visitors** – Only registered guests are permitted in the space. Additional visitors must be approved in advance. 5. **No Smoking or Vaping** – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. 6. **No Pets** – Unfortunately, pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted. 7. **Respect the Space** – Please leave the space as you found it. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. 8. **Overnight Stay Rules** – If staying overnight, please be mindful of noise levels, cleanliness, and check-out procedures. 9. **No Open Flames** – Candles, incense, and any other open flames are not allowed inside. 10. **Outside Catering & Alcohol** – Outside catering is permitted with prior approval. Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation but should not lead to disruptive behavior. 11. **Use of Rooftop** – The rooftop is available for use but must be kept clean and orderly. No loud music or gatherings beyond the agreed-upon guest limit. This is not a private rooftop, it is shared with all residents in the building, so, common courtesy and respect for neighbors is a MUST. 12. **Security & Surveillance** – For safety purposes, exterior security cameras are in place. Tampering with them is strictly prohibited. 13. **Check-in & Check-out** – Please adhere to designated check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition between guests. 14. **Trash & Cleanliness** – Please dispose of trash in designated bins and keep the space tidy. 15. **Compliance with Local Laws** – Guests must comply with all local laws, including noise ordinances and responsible alcohol consumption. By booking this space, guests agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the booking without a refund.
