Oasis DC Party Rental House Rules We’re so excited to host your special event at Oasis DC! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few guidelines we’d like to share: We love when our space is decorated for celebrations! You're welcome to bring approved decorations, but please avoid using adhesives, nails, or tape that might damage surfaces. Also, we kindly ask that you skip the confetti, glitter, and open flames (candles in holders are fine!). All food and beverages will be provided by us here at Oasis DC, ensuring top-notch quality for your event. If you have special requests for outside catering, let us know in advance for approval. For events with alcohol, we’ll serve responsibly and in accordance with local laws, so don’t forget valid IDs for guests who are 21 and older. You’ll be able to access the venue for setup per request up to two hours before the event, and we ask that the event wraps up with all guests leaving by time agreed upon. For music and entertainment, DJs and live bands are welcome but need approval ahead of time. We also ensure all music complies with city noise regulations, so your event stays fun without disturbing the neighbors. Lastly, it’s important that everyone has a great time while respecting the space and one another. We rely on hosts to help ensure their guests behave appropriately, and we reserve the right to intervene if necessary. Oh, and don’t forget—parking is easy! We’ve got a private lot and free street parking nearby for your convenience.
