We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience on our patio. Here’s a look at how we maintain the space: Regular Deep Cleaning: Before every rental, we conduct a thorough deep cleaning of the entire patio area. This includes sweeping, power washing surfaces, wiping down furniture, and disinfecting all high-touch areas like railings, tables, and chairs. Sanitizing Surfaces: All surfaces are sanitized with safe, non-toxic cleaners that meet health and safety standards. This includes tables, chairs, and any other furniture guests will use. Restroom Facilities: If your event involves restroom use, we ensure that our restroom facilities are thoroughly cleaned and stocked with essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. Trash Management: We provide trash bins throughout the patio for easy disposal of waste and ensure that all waste is removed before and after events to maintain a neat and clean space. Air Quality and Ventilation: If applicable, we ventilate the space to keep the air fresh and remove any lingering odors. Fans or air purifiers are used when necessary to enhance comfort. After-Event Cleaning: After each event, we do a quick touch-up to ensure the space is clean and ready for the next booking. All leftover materials or debris are properly disposed of to maintain a spotless environment. High Standards of Hygiene: We maintain high hygiene standards in all areas, ensuring that your guests feel safe and comfortable.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
