Cleaning & Sanitization Process Between Bookings To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest, we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each rental. Dining & Seating Area ✅ Wipe down and disinfect all tables, chairs, and barstools. ✅ Sweep and mop floors to remove any debris or spills. ✅ Sanitize all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, countertops). ✅ Dust and clean TV screens and any decor elements. Kitchen & Bar Area ✅ Clean and sanitize all cooking surfaces, including stove, flat-top, oven, and fryer. ✅ Wipe down and disinfect all kitchen appliances, waffle makers, and bar equipment. ✅ Empty and sanitize sinks, ensuring no food debris remains. ✅ Clean and disinfect walk-in cooler shelves and handles. ✅ Sweep and mop kitchen floors with food-safe cleaner. ✅ Remove all trash and replace liners in bins. Restroom ✅ Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and mirror. ✅ Restock hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. ✅ Wipe down all high-touch areas, including door handles and light switches. ✅ Mop floors with disinfectant. General Sanitization & Air Quality ✅ Use disinfectant spray on all soft surfaces, including plush chairs. ✅ Ensure proper ventilation to maintain fresh air circulation. ✅ Check and replace air filters as needed. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
