Our spacious warehouse-turned-event space offers a flexible environment ideal for meetings, classrooms and lecture-style events, and more, however, NO PARTIES are permitted. With customizable setups to suit your needs, this unique space is perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a corporate gathering, workshop, or educational event. Conveniently located with easy access, our open and stylish venue can be tailored to match your vision. Let us help bring your event to life in a space that works for you! Our space includes tables for up to 20 people. You may bring your own chairs, and tables. This rental space has a refrigerator and a coffee maker available for use. *Please note that there is a $35 fee for touring the space prior to booking.

All guests listed on the rental contract are responsible for cleaning the space and ensuring it is returned to the condition it was in upon arrival. All trash must be removed from the property and not dumped in the shopping center. There will be a $250 fine for trash that is left behind or left on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
