Our open-concept production stage features both white and green cycs, making it ideal for large-scale productions. Clients have access to included gear, a private green room, a dedicated hair & makeup area, and a kitchenette—ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. At Bravo, experience matters. We’ve hosted thousands of productions over the past 25 years, trusted by the world’s largest agencies and independent filmmakers to provide a safe, clean, and positive space to work. We believe in transparency and simplicity—our flat-rate pricing means no hidden fees, no unexpected charges—just straightforward, competitive rates. Each rental includes a comprehensive lighting, grip, and electric package at no extra cost, covering professional lighting fixtures, stands, bounce boards, blankets, and more, so you can focus on your production without additional hassle. For parking, we offer temporary street parking for loading/unloading. For longer-term parking, we recommend using SpotHero to find nearby garages, as street parking in Midtown is limited. For added security and peace of mind, our space is equipped with security cameras throughout to ensure the safety of the studio, equipment, and all teams using the space. Privacy and security are extremely important to us, and footage is monitored solely for safety purposes. Our lobby space features some of our experiential work, making it a fun and creative environment while remaining separate from the studios themselves.
