About the Space
Hello welcome ! I’m listing my amazing saltwater pool and pool house for rent for birthdays , or small events . It’s 10 ft for jumping , it’s around 80 deg , has a bar and can fit probably 20-30 people max if they overflow into the patio space . I have a large patio with an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub outside for additional cost to rent . There is also a sauna and large 2 person shower . This is a great space for a birthday or small get together . There are some very strict rules , this space is not for wild late night parties the hours are like 10 am -8 or 9 pm , no loud music , no glass , no one under 25 can rent this space , no smoking , and no nudity . I live upstairs from this space .

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
