We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Before Your Event: The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including seating areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed. High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, tables, chairs) are disinfected. After Your Event: Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, such as removing personal items and trash. Our team will handle deep cleaning and sanitization after each booking. Trash Disposal: Trash bins are provided. Please ensure all garbage is placed in the designated bins before leaving. Large or excessive waste should be taken out by the guest or discussed in advance. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space for every event. Thank you for helping us keep it that way!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
