Our thorough cleaning process is designed to meet health and safety standards while maintaining the space in pristine condition. Our Cleaning Process Includes: Before Each Booking: ✅ Deep Surface Sanitization – All high-touch areas (doorknobs, handrails, light switches, counters, and shared surfaces) are disinfected with hospital-grade cleaning solutions. ✅ Floor Cleaning – Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed to ensure a dust-free and polished appearance. ✅ Restroom Sanitization – Toilets, sinks, and mirrors are cleaned and disinfected, with fresh paper towels and soap refilled as needed. ✅ Furniture & Equipment Wipe-Down – Any furniture, props, or in-house equipment used in prior rentals is sanitized. ✅ Trash Removal – All trash bins are emptied, and new liners are placed. During Multi-Day or High-Traffic Events: ✔ Mid-Event Spot Cleaning – On request, we provide a scheduled clean-up of restrooms, floors, and surfaces. ✔ Trash Management – If needed, additional waste disposal services are available. After Each Booking: 🚮 Comprehensive Post-Event Cleaning – All areas are checked and cleaned thoroughly, ensuring the space is reset for the next guest. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products – We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning agents whenever possible. 🛑 Deep Cleaning Available on Request – Additional deep-cleaning services can be arranged for long-term renters or specific events. Guest Responsibilities: While we provide thorough cleaning before and after each rental, we ask guests to: ✔ Dispose of trash in designated bins. ✔ Return furniture or equipment to its original position. ✔ Report any spills, damages, or excessive messes. 💰 Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or excessive post-event clean-up needs.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
