About the Space
This 1,000 sq ft space is a traditional classroom/seminar space, however, it can be transformed into almost anything! There are (10) 60" x 24" training tables along with (20) plastic chairs (each hold up to 250 pounds). The training tables are on wheels for easy mobility, and "nest" into each other if you need an open floor space. A private entrance with a coded lockbox for easy access. This is a clean space with lots of options.

We thoroughly sanitize all surfaces daily. There are cleaning supplies available to guests in the event of spills or additional clean-up needed prior to the end of your rental period. Please text your host in the even anything requires special attention. If any additional cleaning needs are requested they must be done so at the time of the reservation request.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
