**C94 Studio – Cleaning & Sanitization Procedure** **Objective:** Ensure a spotless, safe, and camera-ready environment before and after every booking. **1. Post-Session Cleaning (After Each Client)** - **Floors & Surfaces:** - Sweep/vacuum floors (especially important for seamless backdrops). - Mop hard floors with disinfectant. - Wipe down all surfaces (tables, counters, door handles) with disinfectant wipes/spray. - **Backdrops & Props:** - Roll up/remove backdrops and inspect for stains/damage. - Spot-clean fabric backdrops with a lint roller or damp cloth. - Disinfect hard props (chairs, mirrors, small decor) with appropriate cleaners. - **Equipment:** - Wipe down light stands, tripods, and modifiers with a dry or slightly damp cloth. - Sanitize frequently touched items (battery grips, remote triggers). - **Trash Removal:** - Empty all trash bins and replace liners. - Remove any client-left items (water bottles, food wrappers). **2. Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Monthly)** - **Windows & Mirrors:** Clean with glass cleaner for streak-free shots. - **Vents & Dust Traps:** Dust ceiling vents, light fixtures, and corners. - **Storage Areas:** Organize props, cables, and equipment; discard broken items. - **Restroom (if applicable):** Restock soap, paper towels; sanitize sink/toilet. **3. Client Expectations** - Guests must dispose of large trash items (e.g., food containers). - Report spills or damages immediately to avoid stains/extra fees. **4. Supplies to Keep On-Site:** - Microfiber cloths - Disinfectant spray/wipes - Lint rollers - Broom/mop/vacuum - Glass cleaner - Trash bags **Note:** Document cleaning tasks in a logbook to track
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
