Open desert, mountain, forest space on our expansive 12-acre ranch--perfect for horror, westerns, post-apocalyptic shoots, stunt-work, and more! We are just an hour from the city, tucked into the Angeles National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) Our versatile nature spaces are a part of our 12-acre ranch. You are welcome to roam the entire OUTDOOR space. Indoor features require a separate booking for filming. Please inquire about any features that catch your eye so we can let you know where on the property it is. For example, we do have an on-site recording studio, pool, and open-air saloon, but it is not included with a booking of one of our nature spaces. OUR PROPERTY: Our ranch is nestled in a scenic canyon valley surrounded by mountains and rolling hills. We have a main ranch house on top of a hill with a gorgeous view of the property, lawn seating, hammocks, a gazebo, and our adorable goats, chickens, and ducks. There are multiple cabins/trailers on site include our yurt, small red barn with loft beds, our mini glamping cabin, our eclectic stain-glass cabin, and vintage boho-vibe trailer. Lots of other vintage trailers/vehicles on site as well (including an FBI surveillance trailer!) We have an open-air saloon and game parlor with a rustic/country feel. Our canyon-view pool has phenomenal views and lots of lounging space as well. We have an adorable western town (once a movie set) with a country kitchen & funky themed bathrooms/gorgeous showers. These can be utilized by crew. Obviously, it's the great outdoors, so also lots of open space with beautiful backdrops for both events and shoots. PRICING: What you see is the BASE PRICE. This guarantees use of one of our parcels of land specifically. If we need to clear any other area of the ranch for your shot, or event, that will be an "add on." If you want to rent out the entire ranch exclusively, we can discuss rate depending on your usage/impact and crew/group size. WE LOVE VISITS! Come check out our space.
