About the Space
Dive into year round swimming fun at our indoor, private, beautiful residential pool located in South Denver. With water heated to a delightful 87-92 degrees, friends and family can swim in comfort for hours. Enjoy the lush tropical foliage in the sun-filled pool room surrounded by glass doors and abundant sun from the skylights. Relax in the two-person lounger, hanging egg chair, or several other seating options. When weather allows, enjoy seating and shade on our large backyard patio. We have an abundance of pool toys, dive toys, floaties, life jackets, and accessories for swimming lap, and towels. We also have an outdoor brand new, 7 seat hot tub available for an additional fee. You are welcome to use the newly remodeled restroom inside the main residence. Come enjoy a stay-cation, enjoy some warm swimming even in the snow, have a birthday party, conduct swim lessons, or schedule a water aerobics class with your friends!

Pool is sanitized after each booking. Chlorine levels and all chemical levels are properly maintained and within safe guidelines. Restroom is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
