About the Space
Welcome to Dreamland, a nostalgic summer camp turned farming community and nature preserve. Originally a stagecoach stop in the early 1800's, then a summer camp for Green Line workers union families from NYC -- the property is now an organic farm and nature preserve with vintage bunk house cabins, lakes, wetlands, and trails. Excellent film and production opportunities with beautiful natural light, fields, meadows, wildflowers, lakes and old cabins, bunkhouses, ruins and more. Optional on-site lodging for up to 20 guests or more with camping.

All indoor common spaces are cleaned to COVID guidelines, including disinfecting common spaces, and leaving spaces open for proper ventilation and airflow between rentals. Most of the property is outdoors to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
