Come bring your visions to life in this up and coming part of town, close in to the river and steps away from one of Portland's newest food pods. This flexible space has been used by community and artist groups to host meetings, conferences, workshops, ecstatic dances and more. The possibilities are endless in this industrial yet chic space that feels expansive and can be transformed according to your needs with tables and chairs to accommodate your guests. A stage area set up at the far side of the space can be used in conjunction with a screen and projector for your audio/visual needs. Our guests love the availability of kitchen and food prep spaces, bathrooms, and the easy addition of extra spaces also available immediately adjacent to this space. Come host your event, big or small, in this welcoming space!

The space is cleaned regularly between bookings. The extensive space allows for large gatherings with plenty of space for health and safety of the guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
