Cleanup & Leave-No-Trace Policy Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found. You have two options for cleanup: 1. Self-Cleanup (No Fee): • All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins • Furniture and decor returned to original positions • No spills, debris, or mess left behind • DJ/AV gear removed on time 2. Professional Cleaning Service (Recommended): For a flat fee, we offer a professional post-event cleaning service. This is ideal for large events, food/drink-heavy gatherings, or situations where you’d rather not worry about cleanup. Please confirm your choice at least 48 hours prior to your event. Failure to clean up adequately may result in a $200 cleaning fee being deducted from the security deposit.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
