We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professionally prepared space for every guest. After each booking, Castillo de Windsor is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our cleaning team to ensure the highest level of comfort and safety. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, counters, and remotes Freshly laundered linens and towels for overnight or retreat-style bookings Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens before every event Outdoor areas tidied and refreshed, including poolside seating and dining spaces Trash removal and reset of furniture and décor to ensure the space looks just as beautiful as the photos We kindly ask guests to leave the space in the condition it was found. A standard cleaning fee is included with each booking, and additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or spills beyond typical use. Your comfort and experience are our top priority—we want every guest to feel safe and at home the moment they arrive.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
