At Space Creatorz, we take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a pristine environment for every guest. After each booking, our team follows a thorough cleaning and sanitization protocol to maintain the highest standards: 1. General Cleaning & Disinfection • All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and high-touch areas, are wiped down and disinfected with commercial-grade cleaning solutions. • Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped as needed to remove dust, debris, and spills. 2. Themed Room Sanitization • Props, furniture, and set pieces are wiped down and disinfected to ensure a fresh experience for the next guest. • Mirrors and glass surfaces are cleaned to remove fingerprints and smudges. 3. Restroom & Common Areas • Sinks, toilets, and handles are thoroughly sanitized. • Soap dispensers, paper towels, and trash bins are restocked and emptied. 4. Trash & Waste Disposal • All trash is collected and disposed of properly. • Any leftover items are removed to maintain a clutter-free environment. 5. Final Inspection • Our team conducts a final walkthrough to ensure the space meets our cleanliness standards and is fully reset for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
