Conveniently located in Chicago's West Loop area!! Creative flex space of 2200 sq. feet perfect for birthdays, corporate events, photoshoots, music performances, baby showers, reception events and more! FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Full kitchen (Oven, sink, fridge, microwave) • Cooking and food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, TV Monitors, Microphones **Onsite AV Specialist for Setup** • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed (Multiple amps and bluetooth speakers) • Exposed brick and beam, loft like space with hardwood floors. • Wardrobe room fully equipped for makeup and changing. We have two 6 ft. foldable tables with table covers, and 25 foldable chairs with chair covers. You are welcome to bring in extra tables and seating of your own. We are a street level business making load-in and load-out a breeze and we have onsite team to help you set up if needed. Our facility has central air and heat, free high speed WiFi, free parking directly in front of building and additional paid parking on surrounding streets.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning In between each booking our cleaning team: Sweeps, mops, and vacuums the space. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collects and cleans dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities. Removes garbage and adds new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
