The space itself can fit 50-80 depending table sizes, shapes etc. or 100 outside or both. Space has a bathroom with shower and full kitchen. There is also an outside option to be used on the land for any additional space needed or if wanted outdoor event space. Very private on 10 acres with a beautiful lake and waterfall that can even be used for great scenery and pictures. Beautiful space. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
