We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space for every guest. After each booking, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it's fresh and photo-ready. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are sanitized, and all floors are vacuumed and mopped. Linens, throws, and props are refreshed or replaced as needed. If you prefer to focus solely on your shoot or event, we also offer a cleaning add-on for a stress-free experience—just let us know when booking! We want you to feel comfortable and cared for while using the space, and we’re always happy to answer any questions about our cleaning protocol.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
