Feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city but yet close enough to the freeway and amenities. 40 minutes South of San Jose. Enjoy large estate grounds with gardens and ample lawn space surrounded by amazing old heritage oaks. Garden activities include a swimming pool and hot tub for lounging, pickle ball, ping pong, croquet, bocce court, corn hole, darts, foosball table, basketball hoop and more. I can also help schedule a fun onsite archery experience and help with any catering or private chef. Large dining room - coffee room seating for 12 - 16 people. Sleeps up to 15 people. Lights & Heat: Turn off all lights, interior and exterior and heat/AC and lock all outside doors before you leave and when not in use. Please turn off outside lights during the day and when you depart. Please respect the energy costs. Close all windows before you leave. Trash & Dirty Towels: Please empty the trash before departure. Trash and recycling bins are located by the front main driveway, on the right behind the corrugated metal fence. Leave sheets and linens on the bed and put dirty towels in a pile on the floor in the bathroom. Recycling goes in blue bins and trash goes in black bins. Trash bins are located by the front driveway. Dirty Dishes: Please wash all dirty dishes. You can leave the dishwasher running when you leave. Lastly, turn off the heat and fan on both thermostats in the house, upstairs and downstairs before you depart and all lights in the house and close windows. Please do not throw ice on the grass.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
