Cleaning Process at Emerald Station At Emerald Station, we take pride in maintaining our historic venue to the highest standards of cleanliness. Our comprehensive cleaning protocol ensures that your event takes place in an immaculate environment: Pre-Event Cleaning: Complete professional cleaning of all spaces before your event Thorough sanitization of all high-touch surfaces including door handles, railings, and restroom fixtures Floor-to-ceiling cleaning of windows to maximize natural light in our historic space Detailed dusting of architectural features and fixtures Fresh setup of all furniture according to your approved floor plan During Your Event: Dedicated staff to monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness Regular emptying of trash receptacles Immediate attention to any spills or cleaning needs that arise Post-Event Cleaning: Complete breakdown and proper storage of all furniture and equipment Deep cleaning of floors, including sweeping and mopping Thorough sanitization of the catering prep area Final inspection by our venue manager We partner with a professional cleaning service that specializes in historic properties to ensure our century-old features receive appropriate care while meeting modern cleanliness standards. Additional specialized cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
