Harry McLaughlin Studios is a creative studio + lounge space tucked right in the heart of Downtown Monroe, NC. Designed for photographers, videographers, content creators, small events, and intimate brand experiences - this space feels like your own personal studio away from home. What Makes This Space Special: - Warm, modern mid-century vibe - Natural light (depending on time of day) - Lounge-style seating + flexible setups - Minimalist styling so it works for a variety of looks - Perfect for headshots, lifestyle sessions, branding shoots, podcast recording, or just having a clean creative space to work GOOD TO KNOW: The studio is located upstairs (about 25 stairs - no elevator) No blackout curtains - this space has a natural light feel throughout the day Street parking nearby (no loading dock) Furniture + props can be moved but must be returned to their original location Harry McLaughlin Studios is designed for creatives who appreciate a clean, intentional space with great energy. At our studio, we prioritize cleanliness and organization to ensure every client has a comfortable, inspiring experience. Our thorough cleaning process starts with tidying up the space: we carefully store props, reset furniture, and organize cables to maximize your creative flow. Next, we dust and wipe down all surfaces, from tables and shelves to equipment and plants, while sanitizing high-touch areas like doorknobs and light switches. We sweep or vacuum the floors meticulously and mop high-traffic areas to ensure a spotless foundation. Our team inspects and cleans photography and recording equipment with microfiber cloths, ensuring lenses and screens are crystal-clear. We empty trash bins and recycling containers, replacing liners promptly to keep everything fresh. After fine-tuning the lighting, arranging plants, and organizing the meeting area, we give the space a final touch with an air freshener or open windows for a refreshing breeze. By maintaining this high standard of cleanliness, we create an environment that’s always welcoming, ensuring your next meeting, photo session, or podcast is successful and enjoyable.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
