The Industrial Warehouse at Beantown Studios offers about 2000 square feet of usable space. Perfect for events such as birthdays, graduations, meetings, celebrations, weddings and screening movies. Seating and tables with black table cloth for 40+ people included with every rental although guests are allowed to bring in their own chairs and tables as well. Depending on the event you are booking, some lighting and decorations will be free while other amenities will be an “ADD-ON”. Please message us if you have any questions. Each rental will also allow guests to use our “Oldschool Arcade”, life size Dartboard with sticky balls, giant “Jenga/Stacking Block” game, portable basketball hoop and much more. Also please note that this is an old Industrial Building so temperatures inside will vary depending on the weather outside the building. However, our makeup/changing room has a heater and fan, our Green Room/Living Room has a heater/AC unit and our bathrooms have heaters. Please dress appropriately for the best level of comfort.
