Western-Style Saloon

Rustic, open-air saloon with bar, foosball, billiards, heavy bag, tables and chairs, couch, and workout equipment. We are very modular and can rearrange the space for your needs! We are just an hour from the city, tucked into the famous National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) The saloon is a part of our 12-acre ranch. Some amenities listed ONLY apply to the larger property. Please inquire about any features that catch your eye so we can let you know where on the property it is. For example, we do have an on-site recording studio, swimming pool, and glamping cabins, but they are not included in the saloon booking. OUR PROPERTY: We have a main ranch house a short walk from the saloon with a gorgeous view of the property, lawn seating, hammocks, a gazebo, and our adorable goats, chickens, and ducks. Other cabins/trailers include our little red barn with loft beds, our rustic Boho trailer, our charming yurt and mini glamping cabins, and our eclectic stain-glass cabin. Lots of other vintage trailers/vehicles on site as well (including an FBI surveillance trailer!) Our open-air saloon and game parlor gives a rustic/country feel, and also is just a great place to hang out. Just a short hike up the hill behind the saloon is a fantastic view of the canyon valley. We have an adorable western town (once a movie set) with a country kitchen & funky themed bathrooms/gorgeous showers. These can be utilized by crew. Obviously, it's the great outdoors, so there's lots of open space with beautiful backdrops for both events and shoots. PRICING: What you see is the BASE PRICE. This guarantees use of the saloon specifically. If we need to clear any other area of the ranch for your shot, or event, that will be an "add on." If you want to rent out the entire ranch, we can discuss rate depending on your usage/impact and crew/group size. WE LOVE VISITS! Come check out our space.
