Welcome to Venice Podcast Studio: a private, fully-equipped space for creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals looking to produce high-quality audio and video content in a polished, distraction-free setting. Great for podcast production, content creation, and branded media sessions. Included with every booking: - Fully soundproofed production room with multi-camera video podcast setup - Access to the main studio space (private lounge access available as an add-on) - Use of professional recording and lighting equipment (see gear list below) Add-ons like engineer support and private lounge access can be selected during checkout based on your team size and production needs. Booking options: 1. Self-Service (Base Rate) Use the studio with your own crew or DIY. We’ll provide a 5-minute orientation at the start of your session, then the space is yours. Ideal for experienced creators or teams with their own producer, engineer, or technical support. IMPORTANT: you must bring your own storage media for self-service bookings: - Video: 3 x 256GB (or larger) SD cards - Audio: 1 x 32GB (or larger) microSD card You must take your files with you at the end of your session. No file management or cloud delivery is included with Self-Service. Guests who don’t bring SD cards will be required to upgrade to Full-Service in order to receive files via Google Drive. 2. Full-Service (Add-On) Includes a recording engineer to handle setup, monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting during your session. Recommended for solo creators or teams without a dedicated technician. Includes cloud delivery of your session files via Google Drive. No need to bring SD cards for file storage. 3. Private Lounge Access (Add-On) Includes sofa, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and small wardrobe closet. Ideal for talent, crew, or extended sessions. Required for groups of 5 or more guests. Note: The main studio is approximately 250 sq ft. An additional 400 sq ft of space is available with the private lounge add-on. Studio equipment: - Audio: 4 x Shure SM7B microphones, Rodecaster Pro, 2 x Audio-Technica ATH-M50x Studio Monitors (available upon request) - Video: 3 x Sony 4K cameras, ATEM Mini Pro ISO - Lighting: Softbox key lights, wall-mounted hair lights, programmable RGB uplighting - Monitors: TV for custom branding, live video feed (viewable on set and in the private lounge) Setup & breaks: - Please allow 10–15 minutes at the start of your session for setup and guest orientation - For longer bookings, breaks are required to ensure guest comfort, file management, and equipment performance - Half-day bookings (4 hours) require 30-minute break; full-day bookings (8 hours) require a 60-minute break (or two 30-minute breaks) - Setup and breaks are included in your total reserved time File delivery: - All sessions are recorded in 4K video - You'll receive raw, separate video files from each camera - Isolated (ISO) audio tracks will be provided for each microphone - Full-Service bookings: Files will be uploaded to a dedicated Google Drive folder within 24 hours (files will remain accessible in the cloud for 30 days) - Self-Service bookings: Guests must bring their own storage media. Yes, all equipment is included in the hourly rate and set to our standard studio configuration unless otherwise specified. 2. How will I receive my files? - Self-Service: You take your files on your own storage media at the end of your session. No cloud delivery is included. - Full-Service: We will upload your files to a Google Drive folder within 24 hours (accessible for 30 days). No need to bring your own storage. 3. What storage media do I need to bring if I’m booking self-service?
